Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model for most fitness products. For a first trial order, mixed models within one category can be negotiated — for example, combine hand grips and jump ropes in one shipment. Browse our full product range to find your models.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Plenty of samples are available free of charge; you only cover the courier cost. For customized samples (your logo, colors or packaging), a small sample fee applies — and it is fully refunded from your bulk order. Request samples on our contact page.
How do I get a quotation?
Send an inquiry via the contact page or click the Enquiry button on any product page. Tell us the model numbers, quantity and any customization needs — our sales team replies within 24 hours with FOB Shanghai pricing.
What are your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners and large orders, L/C at sight and other terms are negotiable.
OEM & Customization
Do you provide OEM / ODM service?
Yes — UnivFitness is a fitness equipment manufacturer with full OEM & ODM capability: custom logo printing, private-label packaging, custom colors and product development based on your design.
Can you print our logo on the products?
Absolutely. We support silk-screen printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, embossing and embroidered labels, depending on the product. Logo printing is available on dumbbells & barbells, resistance bands, yoga mats and most accessories.
Can you design custom packaging for my brand?
Yes. Color boxes, display boxes, head-card bags and master cartons can all be customized with your branding — from a trial order to full container loads. Our showroom holds packaging samples from previous OEM projects you can reference.
Products & Quality
What types of dumbbells and weights do you manufacture?
We produce vinyl, neoprene, rubber, chromed and cast iron dumbbells, barbells, weight plates and ankle & wrist weights, covering home-use to commercial-grade quality levels.
What materials are your yoga mats made of?
Our yoga mats come in NBR, TPE, EVA and PVC, in multiple thicknesses and densities. We also supply foam rollers, yoga blocks, yoga balls and other yoga accessories. All materials can meet EN71 / Phthalate-free requirements for EU and US markets.
Are your gym balls anti-burst certified?
Yes, our gym balls and yoga balls are made of anti-burst PVC and are tested to international safety standards. Different diameters (45–85 cm) and colors are available for OEM orders.
Do resistance bands come in different strength levels?
Yes. Our resistance bands & tubes are available in latex, TPR and fabric, with light/medium/heavy resistance levels, and can be bundled into training sets with door anchors, handles and ankle straps.
How do you control product quality?
Every order is inspected before and after production (material inspection, in-line checks, final random inspection following AQL standards), with inspection reports provided before shipment. Visit our factory page to see our production lines and QC process.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your production lead time?
Normal lead time is 30 days after deposit receipt and pre-production sample confirmation. Rush orders can be negotiated depending on the season.
What trade terms do you support?
We quote and ship on FOB Shanghai as standard; EXW, CIF and DDP for other destinations are available on request. Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export to Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. We can arrange sea, air or courier shipment, consolidated loading and full documentation (CO, Form A/E, invoice & packing list).
