Equipping a functional training facility is not the same buying exercise as equipping a commercial gym. A conventional club buys one machine per movement and expects it to last a decade. A box buys many identical implements so that a whole class can work at the same time, and it expects those implements to be dropped, slammed, carried outdoors and replaced. That difference changes everything: the unit of purchase becomes the class size, replacement becomes a budget line rather than a failure, and the supplier’s ability to re-supply the exact same model matters more than any single specification.
This list is built for exactly that buyer. Every model number, material, size, weight range, MOQ and price below is real UnivFitness catalogue data. Prices are stated as indicative FOB wholesale prices; freight, duty and any container-planning figures are estimates and illustrative only, and must be confirmed against your own quotation.
UnivFitness supplies Wholesale & OEM Only with MOQ from 1,000 pcs, FOB Shanghai, a 30-day lead time, payment at 30% advance + 70% before shipment, free samples with the cost refunded against the bulk order, inspection before and after production plus an inspection report per order, and OEM covering custom colours, logo and private-label packaging.
Category 1: Barbells and plate packages
Loading is the skeleton of a functional programme, and it is also the most freight-sensitive line you will buy — heavy goods hit a container payload limit long before they fill its volume.
| Model | Product | Indicative FOB price | Role in a box |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV13904 | 30 kg black painted barbell set | $40.55 | Class sets, technique bars, high-rep work |
| UV13905 | 30 kg black painted barbell set | $43.16 | Second finish / set variant in the same range |
| UV13705 | 132 kg rubber Olympic bar & plate set | $180.47 | Standard platform package |
| UV13703 | 300 lb rubber Olympic set | $208.26 | Heavier platform package for strength cycles |
| UV13704 | 310 lb coloured rubber Olympic set | $250.99 | Colour-coded premium platform, easy weight reading under fatigue |
How many do you need? Count simultaneous lifters at peak class, not total membership. A box running twelve athletes per class needs at least six bars allowing pairs, and realistically twelve for individual work. UV13904 and UV13905 at $40.55 and $43.16 make it affordable to over-specify class bars so nobody waits, while UV13705 at $180.47 is the platform-grade package.
Rubber over bare iron matters here. Rubber plates protect the floor when a bar is dropped from overhead, cut the noise that gets a box evicted from an industrial unit, and read as facility-grade in a member’s first impression. UV13704 adds colour coding, which is genuinely functional in a class where an athlete must load their own bar in fifteen seconds.
For dumbbell work in warm-ups and accessory circuits, a 10 kg boxed set is the practical complement: UV11101 black painted cast iron at $10.94 (1.25 kg ×2 + 2.5 kg ×2, 350 mm chromed bar with 25 / 28 / 30 mm bore options, spring collars, 20 sets per carton at 101 × 87 × 98 cm) or UV11302 rubber at $11.91 (1 kg ×4 + 2 kg ×2, star collars).
Category 2: Kettlebells
Kettlebells are bought in runs, and a functional facility normally needs two overlapping runs: a light run for class volume and technique, and a heavy run for strength work.
| Model | Construction | Weight range | MOQ |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV13101 | Neoprene + sand + NBR foam | 1–5 kg | 500 pcs |
| UV13102 | Neoprene-coated | 2–6 kg | Quote on request |
| UV13301 | Kettlebell | 2–10 kg | Quote on request |
| UV13302 / UV13303 | Kettlebells | 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 kg | Quote on request |
| UV13201 | Kettlebell set | 6 lb ×2 + 3 lb ×2 | Quote on request |
| UV12301 / UV12302 | Vinyl-dipped cast iron | 4–32 kg | 1,000 pcs |
UV13101 is the right starting point for any class-based operation. Neoprene over a sand core with NBR foam gives a soft, quiet implement that will not destroy a studio floor, at 1–5 kg — the range where most high-rep class work lives. With a 500-piece MOQ it is also one of the most accessible lines in the catalogue for a first order.
UV12301 / UV12302 are the heavy counterparts: vinyl-dipped cast iron from 4 to 32 kg, which covers swings, carries and strength-volume work. Vinyl dipping is quieter than bare iron and protects both the floor and the handle finish. Note the 1,000-piece MOQ — plan these into a scheduled order rather than an opportunistic one.
UV13201 (6 lb ×2 + 3 lb ×2) exists for a reason most buyers miss: it is a paired set, which matches how beginners actually train with kettlebells before they have the control for single-heavy work.
Category 3: Balls, bags and odd-object loading
| Model | Product | Indicative FOB price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV61001 | Wall ball / medicine ball | $17.19 | The volume-implement of any box |
| UV61202 | Bulgarian training bag | $40 | Loaded carry, throw and grip implement |
| UV61501 | Ab mat | $3.44 (MOQ 500 pcs) | PVC + sponge, 30 × 38 × 7 cm |
Wall balls are the clearest example of class-size buying. One ball is a product; twenty balls is a programming capability. At $17.19 indicative FOB, a full class set costs less than a single machine, which is exactly why this line should never be under-ordered. Buy a weight spread across the class rather than one uniform weight — mixed loads are how coaches scale a workout.
The UV61202 Bulgarian bag at $40 serves the carry-and-throw work that sandbags and odd objects cover in functional programming, and it is the kind of item that differentiates a serious box from a hotel gym.
Category 4: Gymnastics and bodyweight stations
| Model | Product | Indicative FOB price |
|---|---|---|
| UV81471 | Vertical knee raise / dip station | $240 |
| UV81241 | 45° preacher curl bench | $518 |
| UV81240 | 45° arm extension | $518 |
| UV80874 | 45° linear leg press | $840 |
| UV81494B | 3D Smith machine | $1,076 |
| UV81313 | Cable cross-over / jungle station | $2,200 |
| UV81321 | Five-station multi gym | $2,600 |
| UV81316 | Eight-station multi gym | $3,800 |
The UV81471 vertical knee raise / dip station at $240 is the highest-value item in this group for a box. It covers two movements that appear constantly in functional programming, has no cable or upholstery to wear out, and costs less than two wall balls per station if you spread it over its service life. Buy several and place them at the edge of the floor so they do not compete for space during a metcon.
Where a box also serves personal training clients, UV81494B ($1,076) and UV81313 ($2,200) cover guided strength and cable work without committing the floor area of a full multi-station. If your model includes larger classes plus PT, UV81321 at $2,600 gives five stations in one footprint.
Note that UV81241 ($518) and UV81240 ($518) are single-purpose arms machines. They are the last thing a box should buy, not the first — but they matter once you are competing for members who also want isolation work.
Category 5: Conditioning accessories
These are the cheap lines that make programming possible and that quietly disappear from your store cupboard.
| Model | Product | Specification | Indicative FOB price |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV43101 | Latex power resistance band | 208 × 0.45 cm; 10 resistance levels (0.64 / 1.3 / 1.9 / 2.2 / 2.9 / 3.2 / 4.4 / 4.5 / 6.4 / 8.3 cm) | $1.13 |
| UV43102 | Two-colour power band | Dual-colour latex | $1.30 |
| UV43002 | Latex resistance tube | Tube with handle | $1.80 |
| UV42903 | Latex loop band | Loop format | $2.47 |
| UV42905 | Resistance loop | Loop format | $4.16 |
| UV42906 | Resistance loop | Loop format | $5.39 |
| UV42904 | Patterned loop band | Printed latex loop | $4.67 |
| UV42502 | Pedal resistance band | Pedal trainer | $3.70 |
| UV42503 | Pedal resistance band | Pedal trainer | $3.36 |
| UV40627 | Ab roller | Core trainer | $3.71 |
| UV41907 | Chest expander | Upper-body trainer | $3.36 |
| UV32205 | Four-fold trampoline | Folding rebounder | $16.25 |
Two notes for buyers. First, UV43101’s ten documented resistance levels are what let you build a band wall that serves everyone in the room; buy two or three units of the mid-resistance levels for every unit of the extremes, because the middle is where demand concentrates. Second, the loop family (UV42903 through UV42906, UV42904) supports mobility and activation work that most boxes under-equip — it is cheap, it is consumed, and members notice when it is missing.
The catalogue also carries 77 Jump Ropes SKUs, 50 Agility & Balance SKUs and 21 Push Up Bars SKUs, which are natural extensions once the core conditioning kit is in place.
Category 6: Recovery corners
| Model | Product | Indicative FOB price |
|---|---|---|
| UV21727 | Massage gun | $36.72 |
| UV50704 | Neck massager | $1.56 |
| UV50709 | Finger massager | $0.42 |
| UV61501 | Ab mat, PVC + sponge, 30 × 38 × 7 cm | $3.44 |
| UV21001 | TPE yoga mat, 173 × 61 cm, 8 thickness options | Quote on request |
| UV21808 | Yoga wheel three-piece set, ABS & TPE | Quote on request (MOQ 500 pcs) |
A recovery corner costs very little and is frequently used as a membership-retention argument. Set it up deliberately: a mat position (UV21001 TPE, or step up to UV21108 cork + TPE at 183 × 61 × 1 cm, $11.48 indicative FOB, MOQ 1,004 pcs), a mobility tool position (UV21808 wheel set), and a percussion position (UV21727 at $36.72). The broader Foam Rollers & Yoga Accessories category runs to 131 SKUs if you want to expand.
Category 7: Personal protective accessories
| Model | Product | Indicative FOB price |
|---|---|---|
| UV70101 | Training glove | $2.91 |
| UV70118 | Training glove | $2.98 |
| UV70709 | Ankle support | $2.37 |
| UV71301 | Sun visor / cap | $0.80 |
Gloves are both a retail line and a consumable. Running UV70101 at $2.91 and UV70118 at $2.98 side by side gives you a two-tier retail offer with almost identical cost structure — a simple way to capture both the price-driven and quality-driven member without doubling your SKU complexity. UV70709 ankle supports belong in the same retail tray as tape and wraps.
Illustrative starter package: equipping a 12-athlete class
Quantities and totals below are illustrative planning figures extended from the indicative FOB prices above. Confirm per-SKU MOQ before ordering.
| Model | Illustrative qty | Unit FOB | Extended (est.) |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV13705 132 kg Olympic set | 2 | $180.47 | $360.94 |
| UV81471 knee raise / dip | 1 | $240.00 | $240.00 |
| UV61001 wall ball | 6 | $17.19 | $103.14 |
| UV61202 Bulgarian bag | 2 | $40.00 | $80.00 |
| UV32205 four-fold trampoline | 2 | $16.25 | $32.50 |
| UV41907 chest expander | 6 | $3.36 | $20.16 |
| UV40627 ab roller | 6 | $3.71 | $22.26 |
| UV43101 power band | 12 | $1.13 | $13.56 |
| UV21727 massage gun | 2 | $36.72 | $73.44 |
| UV70118 glove | 12 | $2.98 | $35.76 |
| UV70709 ankle support | 6 | $2.37 | $14.22 |
| Running total | ≈ $996 | ||
| UV13101 neoprene kettlebell | Class run | Quote | Quote on request |
The point of that table is the number at the bottom. Under $1,000 of indicative FOB value equips the accessory and conditioning side of a twelve-athlete class — before kettlebells and flooring. Functional training is far less capital-intensive than machine-based training, and the bottleneck is never equipment cost; it is floor area per athlete.
Illustrative container plan for a wholesale order
Below is a purely illustrative partial 40 ft high-cube plan, using only published carton data. A high-cube is commonly planned at roughly 65–68 CBM of usable volume (estimate). Always verify with the factory’s packing list.
| Model | Illustrative qty | Known volume (estimate) | FOB value (est.) |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV11101 dumbbell set | 400 sets | ≈ 17.2 CBM (20 sets per 101 × 87 × 98 cm carton) | $4,376 |
| UV43101 band | 4,000 pcs | ≈ 25.1 CBM (5 pcs per 40 × 28 × 28 cm card) | $4,520 |
| UV13705 Olympic set | 40 sets | Confirm with factory | $7,219 |
| UV61501 ab mat | 1,000 pcs | Confirm with factory | $3,440 |
| UV61001 wall ball | 200 pcs | Confirm with factory | $3,438 |
| UV32205 trampoline | 200 pcs | Confirm with factory | $3,250 |
| UV21727 massage gun | 100 pcs | Confirm with factory | $3,672 |
| UV70118 glove | 1,000 pcs | Confirm with factory | $2,980 |
| UV70709 ankle support | 500 pcs | Confirm with factory | $1,185 |
| Illustrative total | ≈ $34,080 |
Two warnings. First, heavy goods such as UV13705, UV13904 and UV13905 reach the container payload limit before they fill its volume; do not plan a whole container of plate sets on volume alone. Second, bulky light goods such as mats cube out early. Mix dense goods (dumbbell and barbell sets) with bulky goods (mats, balls, rebounders) so neither limit wastes paid capacity. Get carton dimensions and pieces-per-carton for every line at quotation stage.
Understanding MOQ on this type of order
The UnivFitness baseline is MOQ from 1,000 pcs, but individual SKUs carry their own minimums:
| Situation | Minimum | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Site-wide baseline | 1,000 pcs | Most accessory and small-goods lines |
| Kettlebells (light) | 500 pcs | UV13101 |
| Ab mats | 500 pcs | UV61501 |
| Vinyl-dipped kettlebells | 1,000 pcs | UV12301, UV12302 |
| Premium cork + TPE mat | 1,004 pcs | UV21108 |
Three tactics make this workable for a new box or a first-time distributor. Pool your opening order across the consecutive lines above so each SKU clears its minimum once rather than repeatedly. Use free samples first — the sample cost is refunded against the bulk order — particularly before committing to any four-figure machine. Plan re-orders on a calendar, because kettlebells, ab mats and bands are consumables in a functional facility and you will hit those minimums again naturally.
Adding your own brand
Functional facilities are branded environments, and distributors increasingly need a house label. UnivFitness OEM covers custom colours, logo and private-label packaging:
- `mould` logos on cast iron and painted products such as UV11101 and the black painted barbell sets UV13904 / UV13905 — permanent, appropriate for equipment that stays in service for years.
- `1C printing` on latex and soft-surface products such as UV43101 bands, UV61501 ab mats and other soft goods — ideal for colour-coded band walls and logo mats.
- Custom colours across ranges, including the colour-coded UV13704 Olympic set, so your plate rack can match your brand palette.
Every order ships with an inspection report, and inspection runs before and after production — use those reports as your acceptance record, especially on the first shipment of a new OEM line.
